    Research Assistant (Zoonoses)

    Dyuthi has a Masters degree in Environmental Science from University of Mysore, Manasagangothti and graduate degree in BSc Chemistry from Calicut University. She is currently working as Research Assistant under the Zoonoses project at Hume. The purpose of this study is to examine the prevalence of zoonoses in the district and to identify potential sites of spillover diseases and disease hosts, which will aid in developing action plans for disease prevention and awareness in the district. A 'one health' approach is being used in order to review the level of influence that human activities have on ecosystems and how that influences the emergence of zoonoses.
